Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive with leadership and negotiation skills to manage clients and ensure customs compliance in international trade operations. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and logistics coordination of shipments. 2. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and restrictions. 3. Leadership and supervision of assigned personnel. WE ARE SEEKING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field * Flexible availability * Teamwork orientation * Strong verbal communication skills * Analytical ability * Negotiation skills * Leadership skills * Valid U.S. visa / Preferably B1/B2 visa to travel to Laredo, Texas for meetings and warehouse inspections * Intermediate English proficiency KNOWLEDGE: * Customs Law * Customs Law Regulations * Microsoft Office * Intermediate English proficiency * CASA/SLAM systems PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Providing service to internal and external customers. · Accurate preparation of DODA/PITA documents. · Reviewing documents such as letters, invoices, waybills, customs entries, etc. · Validation and payment of customs entries. · Entering proforma invoices and/or customs entries. · Ensuring compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions, as well as payment of duties, taxes, and other expenses. · Submitting the proforma invoice and corresponding shipment documents for customs clearance. · Coordinating with logistics to position units for shipment release. · Conducting pre-release review and verifying with customs brokers that the shipment is complete. · Tracking empty container offloading and recovery of EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt, the document indicating the container's condition). · Supervising assigned personnel.
