Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for an Industrial Dining Facility in Saltillo to ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards, as well as supervise personnel and processes. Ensures compliance with food regulations A national leader in the food industry and industrial dining facilities seeks an Operations Supervisor for an industrial dining facility at a remote site (SALTILLO) **Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar positions Food safety system management Management of Standards 017 and 018 Personnel management What will you do in this position? Check food temperatures and refrigeration unit temperatures Inspect personal hygiene among Food Department staff Supervise food portioning Inspect cleanliness across various areas of the PPA (Food Preparation Area) Supervise the completion of diner attendance lists during meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Follow up on TAG tickets to ensure timely and proper execution Ensure Food Department staff complete various logbooks within the PPA Verify that the total number of food inserts brought by the general food assistant matches the total amount of food to be served Jointly complete temperature records in the modules with the food assistant Ensure deep cleaning is performed according to the scheduled calendar Provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to the team under your supervision Ensure your team performs cleaning in assigned areas on time and as required Follow up on tickets raised in your area Guarantee compliance with NOM\-251, as well as hygiene, food safety, and quality standards Implement and supervise Distintivo H procedures and Good Hygienic Practices for food handling We Offer Monthly salary of 15,504 Weekly performance bonus Weekly payment Meals provided during your work shift Statutory benefits from day one Initial 6-month contract, with possibility of renewal or extension Accommodation and transportation from your place of origin If interested, please apply through this channel and submit your CV If you meet the requirements, we will contact you shortly Alimentos con Idea is looking for committed individuals like you Join our Family
