Position Objective Manage Quality and Food Safety Systems through Continuous Improvement, as well as analyze root causes of internal and external non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001\). * Ensure organizational processes are documented, up-to-date, and correctly implemented across all areas. * Collaborate with various departments to strengthen the quality culture within the organization. * Monitor internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with requirements and timely resolution of findings. * Track non-conformities, rejections, returns, and non-conformities, identifying root causes and ensuring implementation of corrective actions. * Coordinate internal and external training courses. * Send documentation to production plants and branches.
