We deliver our services in more than 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, operating from our 9 owned offices. **Junior QA Engineer** ---------------------------------------- **Location:** Mexico **Work Mode:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full-time\- Freelance **About the Position** We are looking for a **Junior QA Engineer** eager to grow in the field of software quality by actively participating in quality assurance of web solutions. You will be part of an agile team, collaborating on feature validation and continuous product improvement. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute **test cases** based on user stories and acceptance criteria * Perform **functional and non-functional testing** on web applications * Log, document, and track defects in **JIRA** * Manage test cases, evidence, and testing cycles using **XRAY (Jira Testing)** * Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies: + Dailys + Sprint Review + Retrospectives * Validate correct product functionality across different **environments (QA, UAT, Production)** * Execute **cross-browser testing** (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) * Support **regression testing and post-deploy validation** **Requirements** * Experience or knowledge in **software testing (QA)** * Basic knowledge of **cross-browser testing** * Proficiency with **JIRA** * Experience with **XRAY** is desirable * Knowledge of the **SCRUM methodology** * Analytical ability to understand user flows and profiles (administrator and end-user) * Interest in developing a career in software quality **Plus (Desirable)** * Knowledge of regression testing * Experience in post-deploy validation **What We Look For** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Proactivity and eagerness to learn **Application** If you are interested in starting or advancing your career in QA, apply through this channel!
