Your goal will be to ensure timelines are met flawlessly and to maintain smooth communication among logistics, marketing, and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Project Management: Create and oversee task boards (in Asana, Trello, or Notion) to ensure the marketing and design teams deliver campaign materials on time for monthly campaigns. * Vendor Relations: Support research, screening, and outreach to apparel and cosmetics brands aligned with our premium concept, and coordinate sample receipt and quality control. * Digital Ecosystem Management: Collaborate on uploading and updating catalogs on e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Hostinger), meticulously ensuring visual layout adheres to our aesthetic line (inspired by Vogue’s elegance). * Logistics Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and manage communication channels with our logistics partners (DHL, UPS, Estafeta, J&T Express) to optimize shipping rates and waybills. **What are we looking for in you?** * Age: 25–30 years old * Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. * Obsessive attention to detail and strong visual aesthetic sensitivity, order, and cleanliness. * Excellent organizational skills, time management, and solution-oriented mindset. * Genuine interest or prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, and beauty. **What do we offer?** * A dynamic, creative, and high-growth work environment where your ideas make a real impact from day one. * Work mode: On-site **Are you up for the challenge?** If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and become a key player in our growth, send your CV via direct message or apply to the email: \[Your Email Address] with the subject line "Vacancy: Project Assistant – CLOY".
