**KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Hospital Sierra Madre** was founded in May 2006 with the goal of promoting the development and growth of the healthcare market by providing high-quality, compassionate service to the entire Monterrey community. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and organized **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation. * Wash, peel, and cut ingredients to facilitate food preparation. * Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. * Collaborate in food plating and presentation before distribution. * Properly organize and store food items to prevent spoilage. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas after each service. * Provide support to cooks in any assigned task to optimize the operation of the hospital kitchen. **Requirements:** * Minimum six months of experience working in a kitchen. * Excellent customer service skills. * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized and professional environment. * Availability to rotate shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Hospital discount membership. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Uniforms. * Personal accident insurance. * Funeral expenses coverage. * BBVA payroll.
