Job Summary: Maintain and coordinate EHS strategies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in employee well-being, environmental protection, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience: 5 years in safety and environmental management. Languages: Advanced English. **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in official occupational safety and health regulations, STPS, state and municipal civil protection, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and SEMARNAT. * Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001\. * Expertise in environmental legislation, sustainability standards, and their respective regulations. * Risk assessment. * Machinery safety. **Ensuring nothing is overlooked** Key Responsibilities: * Manage resources for implementing internal and corporate EHS strategies. * Maintain active, up-to-date, and where applicable certified programs that the company voluntarily subscribes to and/or mandatory programs established by Saint\-Gobain Group directives. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance applicable to the company. * Ensure risk assessment and identification, as well as implementation of risk reduction strategies and corresponding communication to the workforce. * Propose and manage Capex and Opex project budgets. * Coordinate and promote, together with the HR Department, training programs on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Administer incident and accident records. * Manage and administer medical services. * Maintain and improve the EHS management system. **A bit more about us** With over 360 years of history, the leadership and strength of our employees enable us to grow and create solutions for humanity’s greatest challenges—such as climate change, resource conservation, and inclusion.
