You will steer QA automation and CI/CD integration, use AI\-powered engineering tools to boost delivery quality, and help teams adopt modern AI\-assisted practices—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Design, maintain, and support QA automation solutions and testing workflows across the software delivery lifecycle * Leverage AI\-powered engineering tools to increase productivity, testing efficiency, and delivery quality * Participate in production support activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution when required * Partner with cross\-functional engineering teams to ensure software quality and reliability * Enhance CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing integration within delivery workflows * Champion adoption of modern AI\-assisted engineering practices across teams * Navigate ambiguous or evolving environments by identifying gaps early and proposing practical solutions * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, automation, and engineering excellence * Communicate clearly with technical and non\-technical stakeholders while fostering a positive, collaborative working environment **Requirements** * Proven track record of 7\+ years of hands\-on experience in QA automation, software testing, or support engineering * Solid background in delivering software into production environments with an understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle * Hands\-on experience using AI tools in day\-to\-day engineering activities * Strong knowledge of QA fundamentals, testing strategies, and production\-ready software practices * Working understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools) * Ability to work independently and keep momentum in environments with evolving requirements * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Positive, curious, and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Gen AI in SDLC
