We operate in over 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States from our 10 owned offices. **Salesforce Backend Developer** Remote \| Freelance Contract At **excelia**, a global multinational consulting, technology, and services firm, we are looking for a **Salesforce Backend Developer with experience in Salesforce CRM** to join challenging and high-impact projects. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Solution Architect, Project Managers, Scrum Master, and Business Analysts to design technology solutions aligned with client needs. * Design and implement innovative technical solutions following industry best practices. * Participate in agile or predictive work environments depending on the project. * Develop robust Salesforce solutions ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability. * Generate technical documentation (Move to Support, Move to Operations, releases, deployments). * Provide guidance on Salesforce architecture best practices, environment management, and testing. * Identify and resolve critical issues in implementations. * Execute code testing and performance optimization. * Collaborate with the team to elevate development quality. **Expected Outcomes** * Development of dynamic interfaces using Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery. * Creation of custom applications in Salesforce and integration with other systems. * Continuous improvement of code design and quality. * Efficient management of development environments. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. * **Salesforce Platform I or II** certification (additional certifications are desirable). * +5 years of experience developing in **Salesforce CRM**. * Experience in complex projects within the Salesforce platform. **Technical Skills** * Salesforce Apex * Java, PHP * HTML, CSS, JavaScript * SOQL, SQL * JSON, XML * Tools: Jenkins, Gearset, Splunk, Git, Subversion, Bitbucket **What We Are Looking For** * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Collaborative work ethic and quality focus. **Are you interested in participating in international projects and working with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies?** Apply now and join our team!
