The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast\-moving and evolving environments, can operate effectively with limited direction, and is capable of influencing teams through change, including teams that may initially resist AI\-driven approaches. This role is well\-suited for someone who combines strong QA and automation fundamentals with modern engineering practices, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain and support QA automation solutions and testing workflows across the software delivery lifecycle * Use AI\-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, testing efficiency and delivery quality * Take part in production support activities, troubleshooting and issue resolution when required * Collaborate with cross\-functional engineering teams to ensure software quality and reliability * Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and support automated testing integration within delivery workflows * Help drive adoption of modern AI\-assisted engineering practices across teams * Operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments, proactively identifying gaps and proposing solutions * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to QA processes, automation and engineering excellence * Communicate effectively with technical and non\-technical stakeholders while promoting a positive and collaborative working environment **Requirements** * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in QA automation, software testing or support engineering * Background in delivering software into production environments and understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle * Practical expertise in using AI tools in day\-to\-day engineering activities * Knowledge of QA fundamentals, testing strategies and production\-ready software practices * Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools) * Capability to work independently and make progress in environments with evolving requirements * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Positive, curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to continuously learn **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Gen AI in SDLC
