Business process analysis and definition **Business Analyst** Remote | Full-time | Freelance We are looking for a **Business Analyst (BA)** to join a dynamic technical and functional environment, participating in the analysis, definition, and improvement of business processes within technology projects. **Responsibilities** * Elicitation and analysis of business requirements * Definition and documentation of functional processes * Creation of user stories using the INVEST approach * Preparation of functional documentation, use cases, and test matrices * Design of functional diagrams and support for technical diagrams * Participation in Change Management processes * Collaboration with development and product teams throughout the software lifecycle * Facilitation of stakeholder sessions and requirement management * Evaluation and enhancement of solutions, proposing alternatives and challenging approaches **Requirements** * Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) * Knowledge of methodologies such as **BABOK, BPMN 2\.0, JAD, UML** * Experience creating user stories using the **INVEST** methodology * Experience in functional documentation, use cases, and test matrices * Knowledge of Change Management processes * Experience with **Scrum and Jira** * Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Ability to interact with stakeholders and facilitate working sessions * Analytical ability and critical mindset to challenge solutions **Desirable** * Experience in the education sector * Knowledge of ERP, CRM systems, and user portals * Basic technical knowledge of data structures * Familiarity with programming languages **We Offer** Participation in technology projects Collaborative environment between business and technology Flexibility and remote work
