Proficiency in Excel Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Job Responsibilities: * Monitoring operator attendance * Managing both owned and outsourced fleets * Tracking and overseeing vehicle maintenance, inspections, and vehicle-related procedures. * Route monitoring (expenses, route assignment to operators, incidents, etc.) * Fuel control * Collection and safekeeping of evidence of services performed by operators * Reviewing complete and valid operator documentation prior to dispatching them on routes * Preparing reports for management.
