Resolution of operational incidents and regulatory compliance **Position: Import/Export Executive (Foreign Trade)** A growing company seeks an Import/Export Executive responsible for comprehensively coordinating and executing foreign trade operations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate import and export operations (ocean, air, and land) * Track shipments from origin to final delivery * Manage and review documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, customs entry, BL/AWB) * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards * Calculate import costs (freight, taxes, customs duties) * Monitor and track delivery timelines and shipment status * Resolve operational incidents (delays, documentation issues, customs) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in import/export * Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures (I\-Xport WEB) * Experience working with customs brokers * Intermediate English (reading and communication) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organized, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Location:** Reynosa, Tamaulipas **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
