Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Engineer responsible for administering, operating, and managing maintenance services, coordinating the team, and ensuring optimal operation of the vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for administering and managing the maintenance department. 2. Proven experience with diesel engines and tractor-trailers. 3. Coordination and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Electromechanical Engineering degree Minimum Experience: 4 years as department head (VERIFIABLE) Knowledge of diesel engines (MANDATORY). Flexible working hours. KNOWLEDGE: \* Administer, operate, and manage various maintenance department services \* Manage resources assigned to the department to effectively achieve and fulfill departmental objectives. \* Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment. \* Essential technical knowledge regarding tractor-trailers, maintenance of gas- and diesel-injected engines, tire management, fleet management, and vehicle diagnostics. \* Coordinate and review work performed by current or future workshops or mechanics servicing the rolling stock. \* Maintain control records for each vehicle, including maintenance performed, parts purchased, and labor hours for the fleet. \* Ensure the entire vehicle chain remains in optimal condition for operation. \* Vehicle appearance management. \* Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations.
