




Job Summary: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Fleet Administrator with ambitious goals to manage and supervise vehicles, insurance policies, and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet Administrator Requirements: * Education: Automotive mechanical engineering, administration, or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions Responsibilities: Provide customer service (via phone and in person) to company clients regarding vehicles under their responsibility (maintenance and insurance) Support in the administration, supervision, and control of owned and leased transportation fleet Handle procedures such as license plate registration, insurance policy management, and claims processing related to company incidents Maintain and update records and files for the entire vehicle fleet under responsibility Schedule and inspect preventive and/or corrective maintenance Negotiate with various suppliers Schedule installation and supervise operation of GPS equipment Coordinate and manage roadside assistance services Record and monitor vehicles available for loan.
