Position Summary: Analyze, control, and monitor financial, administrative, and operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of financial and administrative reports **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Analyze, control, and monitor financial, administrative, and operational processes related to costs, pricing, vehicle control, warehousing, and financial data validation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, expense control, and profitability of CIEMSA Foodservice operations. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform price loading analysis and validation in the SAP HANA system. * Determine and analyze profit margins for products stored in warehouses or distribution centers. * Review and validate warehousing costs, ensuring charges correspond to rates agreed upon with suppliers and logistics operators. * Administer vehicle-related procedures and insurance matters in coordination with operational and legal departments. * Verify correct commission payments. * Prepare financial and administrative reports related to costs, operational controls, and budget tracking. * Other duties inherent to the position. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** **Education** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in: Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related field ***(FRESH GRADUATE ACCEPTED)*** **Experience** * Preferred 1–2 years of experience in: internal audit, finance, or administration. * Preferred experience in: trading companies or logistics firms. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * SAP HANA or similar ERP system knowledge is preferred. * Knowledge of cost and margin analysis. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Strong numerical analytical ability.
