Job Objective Guarantee proper execution of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, lead daily workshop operations, and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards. **Job Focus:** 80% operational \| 20% administrative Key Responsibilities * Directly supervise workshop activities and technical staff. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Ensure delivery timelines and fleet availability. * Track diagnostics and mechanical repairs. * Validate quality of work performed in the workshop. * Manage basic reports, performance indicators, and service control. * Coordinate appropriate use of tools, equipment, and spare parts. * Maintain order and compliance with workshop safety regulations. Requirements * Technical degree or engineering degree in a related field. * Experience in automotive or transportation workshop operations. * Knowledge of diesel mechanics and fleet maintenance. * Experience leading operational teams. * Leadership profile with a sense of urgency and results orientation. * Flexible schedule availability.
