**SUPERVISOR / PROJECT LEADER**
**Mango Dehydration Plant**
**Location:** Escuinapa, Sinaloa
**Work Mode:** On-site \| Full-time
**Job Objective**
Comprehensively coordinate and supervise the execution of the mango dehydration plant construction project, ensuring compliance with scheduled timelines, quality, safety, cost, and performance targets. Responsible for the operational management of the project, including site supervision, contractor monitoring, budgetary control, payment review, and coordination across all involved disciplines.
**Requirements**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience coordinating and supervising industrial projects.
* Experience in constructing industrial plants, industrial warehouses, or process-related projects.
* Experience in administrative construction control, budgeting, and procurement.
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration systems, and industrial equipment.
* Willingness to work in Escuinapa, Sinaloa.
**Technical Knowledge**

**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate the comprehensive execution of the project.
* Monitor physical and financial progress of the construction.
* Coordinate various departments and disciplines involved:
* Civil works
* Structural works
* Installations
* Oven area
* Refrigeration systems
* Supervise contractors, suppliers, and operational staff.
* Review budgets, quotations, and scope of procurement.
* Manage and monitor payments, estimates, and administrative construction control.
* Coordinate procurements and validate progress for payment authorization.
* Identify deviations in schedule, cost, or quality and propose corrective actions.
* Coordinate progress meetings and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
* Supervise adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain continuous communication with management and other departments involved in the project.
* Support technical, operational, and administrative decision-making for the project.
