If you have experience in academic management, team leadership, and supervision of educational processes, this opportunity is for you. ### **We Offer** ✔ Gross monthly salary: **$24,000** ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Opportunity for professional development and growth ✔ Excellent work environment ✔ Join an institution with national presence ### **Work Schedule** **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Position Objective** ----------------------- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of institutional academic processes in coordination with campuses, aligning strategies with Universidad Insurgentes’ mission, vision, and objectives, thereby ensuring efficient, innovative, and continuous-improvement-oriented management. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Coordinate academic processes at the beginning of each academic term. Supervise academic meetings and faculty follow-up. Design and monitor academic performance indicator dashboards. Monitor student retention strategies. Supervise academic workload and faculty assignment. Ensure compliance with evaluation processes and grade recording. Coordinate academic projects, workshops, and institutional programs. Supervise professional practices and training activities. Manage academic performance indicators and reports. Organize follow-up meetings with coordinators and administrators. Ensure compliance with students’ graduation profile. Ensure academic operation of bachelor's degree programs. **✅ Required Profile** ---------------------- ### **Education** Completed undergraduate degree with **degree certificate and professional license (Cédula Profesional)** required.
