Position Summary: This role involves monitoring network infrastructure, managing IT incidents, and maintaining electronic asset inventories to ensure smooth technological operations. Key Highlights: 1. Network and internet infrastructure monitoring 2. Incident handling and registration in JIRA 3. Maintenance of electronic asset inventories Main Responsibilities: * Conduct weekly reviews of multifunctional device counters. Monitor network and internet infrastructure to ensure continuous operation at contracted speed levels. Also perform inspections of Customs equipment ("CCTV and Inventories"). * Daily handling and registration of incidents and requests related to computing equipment or general technological infrastructure in the JIRA system, providing timely solutions and excellent service to internal users, external users, or customers. * Maintain up-to-date and regularly refreshed databases of IT-related electronic asset inventories, as well as generate equipment assignment acknowledgments (physical and digital).
