We have sales in 85 countries and a global service network with over 1,500 dealers and workshops. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to spare parts requests from technicians or mechanics. * Verify spare parts dispatch based on work orders. * Deliver correct parts and record outgoing shipments. * Ensure return of unused or defective components. * Label and place parts on corresponding shelves. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. * Implement efficient storage methods. * Control inventory of common workshop tools if also under their custody. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Identify shortages, excesses, or obsolete parts. * Update the inventory system. * Generate inventory reports for administration or accounting. * Receive spare parts shipments from suppliers. * Verify that received parts match the purchase order. * Inspect the physical condition of spare parts. * Record incoming spare parts in the system or manual inventory. * Notify supervisor or workshop manager about incomplete or incorrect deliveries. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education level: Completed Secondary School.
