We operate an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) channel program that licenses sales infrastructure to regional partners. Our first external partner launches on May 5, 2026, with additional partners projected through 2026\. You'll own the program's operational spine: CRM, training portal, certification, and reporting. This is a senior operator seat. Not a VA role. Not an admin role. **What You'll Own in the First 60 Days** * GoHighLevel buildout — multi\-account architecture, pipelines, reporting dashboards * Notion knowledge portal — product docs, scripts, objection library * Loom training library — organized with chapter markers and clean navigation * 3\-gate Typeform certification every rep must pass before going live * Weekly performance reporting running on autopilot Five deliverables. Both sides know what winning looks like by Day 60\. **You're a Fit If You Have** * 4\+ years in sales operations, RevOps, or sales enablement supporting US companies * Hands\-on CRM administration experience (GoHighLevel strongly preferred; HubSpot or Close.com acceptable if you can learn GHL fast) * Built training or onboarding portals using Notion, Loom, and Typeform (or equivalents) * Onboarded distributed sales teams, franchisees, or sub\-agents * Professional written English * Based in Mexico, available 7 AM – 3 PM Mountain Time **Nice to Have** * Apollo, Gong, AgentMail, or Retell AI experience * US SaaS, channel, or agency ops background * PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification **Compensation and Structure** * $2,000–$2,400 USD per month (paid in USD), based on experience * $2,000 USD bonus for every ISO partner successfully onboarded * 60\-day paid trial starting May 4, 2026 * Day 60: if the five deliverables are hit, we restructure into a long\-term role with expanded scope and a compensation bump **How We Work** * Direct daily communication via Slack * Weekly Tuesday 1:1 with the principal * Friday scorecard published by 3 PM MT * Tuesday and Thursday are primary collaboration days * Paste\-ready work over polished drafts **What This Role Is Not** * Not a sales role — you will not cold\-call or close * Not a legal role — you will not redline contracts * Not a partner\-facing role at the principal level **To Apply** Send us: * A 90\-second Loom walking through a CRM or training portal you built — screen share it, explain the decisions you made, and what you'd do differently * One sentence: what's the first thing you'd audit in our GHL account on Day 1?
