This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support strategic and operational decision\-making within the Finance function. The position is designed for professionals seeking growth into managerial roles, with a strong focus on governance, control, and cross\-functional collaboration. **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- * Financial Partnership with Sales: Educate the Sales team and proactively develop solutions to ensure commercial conditions are aligned with signed contracts, optimizing impact on the P\&L. * Compliance and Internal Control Oversight: Monitor that payment and accrual processes executed by controllers are aligned with internal policies and corporate guidelines. * Internal Audit Management: Coordinate and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, including documentation preparation, response to findings, and follow\-up actions. * Performance Monitoring: Ensure achievement of financial targets by analyzing variances, identifying risks and opportunities, and validating key assumptions across all P\&L components. * Change Management: Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing financial and commercial resource allocation per customer, in line with internal policies. * Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure an integrated approach to financial control and contractual compliance. **The experience we're looking for** ------------------------------------ We’re looking for a dynamic professional with 4 to 6 years of industry experience, strong analytical thinking, and solid financial interpretation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving change, with the ability to lead and implement transformation or improvement projects across teams or processes.
