TOP PERSONNEL GROUP is working alongside a major Metal-Mechanical Company, a leader in Mexico and Latin America within the industrial sectors, Project Financial Controller (PMO) **Key responsibilities of the position:** * Review internal budget for each construction or project. * Monthly and annual financial reports to identify trends and results. * Supervise, review, and control project or construction budgets, as well as associated expenses and investments, ensuring efficiency and cost control. * Control and tracking of construction costs and expenses. * Perform cash flow projections for construction. * Monitor billing and collections for projects. * Implement and maintain appropriate internal controls. * Conduct cost and variance analysis to ensure profitability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Advanced conversational level of English. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in the construction industry. * Monitoring the company's financial performance. * Management of monthly and annual operational construction budgets. * Develop and manage financial controls according to company procedures. * Financial management of assigned projects, from budget planning to financial closure. **Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Office suite software. * Experience with SAP ECC. * Experience with NEO DATA. * Proficiency in any financial management system. **Competencies:** * Strategic analysis. * Negotiation skills. * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Demonstrated ability to work in teams and across different departments.
