




### **Job Description** A growing company is seeking a **Payroll/Tax Manager** with solid experience in managing **weekly and biweekly payroll**, as well as variable compensation schemes such as **piece-rate wages** and **bonuses**. We are looking for a candidate with strong operational capabilities, human leadership skills, and excellent internal client service. ### **Responsibilities** * Calculation and processing of **weekly and biweekly payroll** for over **1,100 employees**. * Management of fixed salaries, **piece-rate wages**, bonuses, payroll incidents, and variable deductions. Administration of procedures and statutory obligations: * IMSS (SUA, affiliation movements, disability certifications) * Income Tax (ISR) * INFONAVIT * IDSE and Virtual Desktop * FONACOT * Calculation of **severance payments, settlements, and year-end bonuses**. * Integration and review of the **Base Salary for Social Security Contributions (SBC)**. * **Accounting reconciliations** and reconciliations with the accounting department. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions in SUA and payments via SIPARE. * Calculation of state and federal Payroll Tax. * Monthly electronic invoicing (CFDI) for payroll, compliant with SAT requirements. * Submission of declarations to SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SAT, and INFONAVIT. * Annual determination of Occupational Risk Premium. * Monitoring of IMSS agreements and related payments. * Obtaining Compliance Opinions from SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Preparation of reports for HR and senior management. * Handling and control of payroll incidents. * Courteous and effective service to our **internal clients**. * Support during internal and external audits. * Active participation in daily operations. ### **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience as Payroll Manager or Payroll Coordinator. * Experience managing payroll for more than 1,000 employees. * **Advanced Excel** proficiency. * Experience with **CONTPAQi Payroll** software. * Experience in **accounting reconciliations**. * Advanced knowledge of payroll, severance payments, settlements, and year-end bonuses. * Proficiency with government portals: IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Virtual Desktop. * **Preferred:** Experience with **Fortia** and prior work in accounting firms. * Competencies: collaborative leadership, proactivity, empathy, courtesy, teamwork, and operational support. ### **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Public Accounting ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability and growth opportunities * Excellent working environment **If you meet the requirements and are seeking a stable company where you can contribute your expertise and grow professionally, apply through this channel.
