Main Responsibilities: * Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and analysis of accounting, tax, and financial indicators. * Analyze financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, designing strategies that strengthen the company’s financial health. * Supervise revenue and expense controls, treasury management, and credit portfolio administration. * Guarantee compliance with accounting, tax, and legal obligations, keeping processes updated according to regulatory changes. * Identify and manage accounting and tax risks, implementing appropriate mitigation plans. * Design and implement optimal accounting and tax strategies for the organization’s various projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, with degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Controller. * Solid knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations and legislation (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
