Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic financial leader to oversee planning, risk management, supervision, and stakeholder relations, collaborating closely with senior management. Comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance **Responsibilities:** * Financial Strategy: Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support decision-making. * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance. * Financial Oversight: Control accounting, treasury, and financial reporting. * Leadership: Lead the finance department and collaborate with senior management on business objectives. * Stakeholder Relations: Communicate with investors, banks, and regulatory authorities. **Your Profile:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's (MBA) preferred. * Experience: **8–10+ years** in finance roles (analyst, controller, management). * In-depth knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial modeling, and technological tools/ERP systems. * Strategic thinking, leadership, effective communication, and business acumen.
