Collaborate across departments to align financial goals Cost Controller Enviar candidatura ahora » **Fecha:** 8 nov. 2025 **Ubicación:** Monterrey, MX **Empresa:** OP Mobility **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and its analysis * Support the development and monitoring of plant budgets and forecasts. * Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance. * Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other departments to align financial goals. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. * Participate in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure tracking. * Assist in financial audits and implement process improvements based on findings. * Maintain and enhance ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting principles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * English Fluent * CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
