




Position Objective Record and review the plant's accounting transactions to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality, supported by adherence to administrative internal controls, as well as enforcing compliance with internal control policies and procedures. Present reports on the plant's financial status to Latin America Operations Audit and Plant Management to support decision-making regarding expenses, inventory, shrinkage, consumption, etc. Functions and Responsibilities Comply with the accounting system according to SOX legislation Maintain and control the plant's accounting accounts Prepare the plant's financial report and corresponding explanations Manage and analyze plant expenses vs. budget Prepare budgets and forecasts Validate savings calculations from innovation ideas Perform IRR (Internal Rate of Return) calculations for investment justifications Verify and authorize plant outbound shipments Validate shrinkage reports vs. physical shipments Conduct inter-plant raw material reconciliations Drive continuous improvement through the innovation process (contribute, follow up, and implement ideas) Inventory control (physical inventory, obsolete provisions, slow-moving items, and transit inventory) Spare parts inventory control (inventory levels, physical inventory, obsolescence, and MFG reconciliation) Fixed assets control (CAR, capitalizations, fixed asset disposals, CIP, advances) Monitor accounts payable aging Support internal (BSR) and external audits Understand and ensure compliance with the quality management system according to IATF 16949 standards Measure HPT performance using the Scorecard, guide and support star performers in achieving their goals by providing training and continuous feedback Respect and ensure compliance with all safety and health management system procedures applicable to their work area. Report and, if necessary, immediately stop any activities that could risk personnel safety, facility integrity, or employee health when detected. Participate, when required, in occupational health and safety incident investigations.
