Dynamic, high-impact environment with professional growth. **Soluciona y Evoluciona is seeking a Controller in Lomas De Chapultepec \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Finance Controller / Head of Controllership** ------------------------------------------------ **Location:** Mexico City (On-site) **Company:** Agricultural business **Level:** Strategic / Senior **Compensation:** Highly Competitive ### **Purpose of the Role** We seek a Controllership Leader who transcends traditional financial control and becomes a strategic business partner—ensuring reliable information, strengthening processes, and supporting organizational growth. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure reliable and timely financial information for decision-making * Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance * Lead the evolution and professionalization of the finance function * Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Management * Develop and implement improvements in financial processes * Provide visibility into business results, risks, and opportunities * Coordinate and lead the finance\-accounting team ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree (highly desirable). * 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and controllership.
