As an AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the end\-to\-end Accounts Payable operations within our Mexico Shared Services organization. Your role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, strengthening internal controls, driving process standardization, and supervising the AP team to support multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico. About the Job:* Supervise and manage the daily Accounts Payable operations, including high\-volume invoice processing and three\-way matching * Lead vendor payment processes, aging reviews, and month\-end closing activities * Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audits, and Mexican tax requirements (CFDI/SAT) * Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and SAP/BI reporting enhancements * Collaborate closely with plant controllers, purchasing teams, and global shared services partners * Coach and develop a team of AP professionals to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency About You:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing or shared services environment * Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and compliance requirements * Experience with SAP (preferred) and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with JD Edwards is a plus * Proven ability to manage high\-volume transactional environments * Strong leadership, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills * Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Location: Querétaro, Mexico Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
