Prioritize communications with management, suppliers, and key departments. Authorize payments or purchase requests. Verify budgets and priorities before approval. Supervise staff attendance and working hours. Review daily attendance reports or time records. Coordinate operational personnel (drivers, warehouse staff). Control driver orders, invoices, and routes. Schedule team meetings or agendas. Define priorities and assign strategic timeframes. Sign administrative documents. Contracts, reports, invoices, etc. Follow up on assigned tasks. Use checklists or management tools. Verify inventories or key supplies. Ensure essential materials are available for operations. Review and update internal procedures. Continuous improvement of administrative processes. Attend brief meetings with other departments (finance, HR, etc.) Coordinate and align joint actions. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 **a.m.** to 6:00 **p.m.** with one and a half hours for lunch.
