REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (degree certificate mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable * Experience in hospitals or the healthcare sector is preferred * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills * Experience with accounting ERP systems * Personnel management experience (minimum of 2 people) * Experience interacting with suppliers and physicians RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise timely and accurate invoice registration (suppliers, medications, materials, physician fees, and services) * Coordinate weekly payment scheduling (bank transfers, SPEI) according to cash flow * Administer the physician fee payment process * Manage supplier relationships (negotiation, follow-up, and account reconciliation) * Monitor subcontracted services and materials on sight * Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, withholdings, CFDI) * Coordinate the monthly financial closing of accounts payable * Lead and develop the team * Reconcile and clean up accounts payable WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Interested?
