Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and financial recording, analysis, and reporting, coordinating with various departments and supporting audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and financial closings 2. Preparation and analysis of corporate financial statements 3. Coordination with operational departments and support for audits **ACCOUNTING MANAGER** **\-Requirements:** * Age: 35 years old * Gender: No preference * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance (**Degree and Professional License required**) * Experience: 2–3 years as Accounting Manager * Prior experience with one of the Big Four or a mid-sized firm is mandatory (**KPMG, Deloitte, E\&Y, PWC, Castillo Miranda, Mazars, Grant Thornton, Gossler, RSM Bogarin, Russell Bedford, Baker Tilly, Moore Stephens, De la Paz Costemalle**) **\-Skills:** * Proficiency in Excel and banking portals * Experience with software/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and accounting principles * Financial reporting * Preparation of financial statements * Supervisory experience **\-Key Duties:** * Accounting recording and tracking in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Preparation, maintenance, and analysis of monthly/annual accounting and financial closings. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements by legal entity under applicable accounting frameworks. * Treasury management and reporting aligned with the objectives of the Internal Audit/Controller’s Office. * Coordination with operational and administrative departments to achieve organizational goals. * Preparation of financial information for the generation of corporate financial statements. * Invoice recording and issuance of payment complements. * Support for audits (internal/external) and fulfillment of requirements for audit opinions and financial reports. * Scheduling of supplier payments and monitoring of customer receivables. * Basic knowledge of payroll accounting. **Work Location:** On-site in Querétaro, Qro. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Monthly gross salary of $30,000 to $35,000 MXN * Biweekly payroll Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
