Otis is growing and seeking an installation technician/mechanic for one of our entities **located in CDMX**. Your priority is to guarantee passenger and customer safety through the safe installation of elevators and/or escalators. **On a typical day, you will:** * Perform high-quality and efficient elevator maintenance services * Work safely in accordance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines * Work overtime when necessary * Maintain direct on-site contact with customers to build strong working relationships * Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high standards of quality and safety **What You’ll Need to Succeed! (aligned with local regulations)** * As a qualified technician/mechanic, it is essential that you possess knowledge of elevators and can apply elevator engineering principles to installation tasks. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the elevator field, ideally gained in assembly activities or at least within the industry and/or installation sector * Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge * Comfort reading blueprints and performing calculations * Interest in technical products and new technologies * Appreciation for hands-on trades, such as the satisfaction of seeing completed work **What’s In It For You?** You will receive a long-term employment contract with the world’s market-leading company in a crisis-resilient sector.
