Full benefits overview at **dyopath.com/careers** ### **Role Overview** **Job Title: SNOC Engineer II** **Location: Mexico (Remote)** **Pay Rate: $43,000 to $45,000 \+ Statutory Benefits** **Schedule: Weekend AM \+ 3 Weekdays \| Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM CST** As a **SNOC Engineer II**, you will play a critical role in detecting and responding to security threats, troubleshooting complex network and system issues, and performing root cause analysis to prevent future incidents. The **SNOC Engineer II** works across security, network, systems, and cloud domains to ensure operational stability and compliance. ### **Your Mission as a SNOC Engineer II** * Detect and respond to security threats across network, systems, and cloud environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent future incidents. * Act as an escalation point for unresolved alerts/issues. * Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members and assist with technical development. * Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base documentation. * Collaborate on projects to integrate new technologies and improve reliability. * Support compliance initiatives (CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001\). ### **What You Bring to the Team** **Education \& Certifications** * Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Preferred certifications: + CompTIA Security\+, CySA\+, Network\+ + Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate + ITIL Foundations **Experience \& Skills** * 2\+ years in SOC, NOC, IT support, or infrastructure operations. * Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills across security, network, systems, and cloud domains. * Familiarity with SIEM platforms, monitoring tools, and alert management systems. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Why This Role Rocks** As a **SNOC Engineer II**, you won't just resolve incidents—you'll be a trusted advisor, a mentor, and a key player in strengthening security and operational resilience.
