Additionally, the role involves configuring systems, assisting with hardware/software acquisitions, and managing subcontracted services as needed. A broad technical understanding, including expertise in various network protocols, systems, and platforms, is key to success in this position. * **Network Design \& Support:** Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD\-WAN). Support both remote and on\-site for network issues, ensuring high network performance and security. * **Troubleshooting \& Optimization:** Handle troubleshooting across OSI layers and TCP, collaborating with manufacturers for escalations and issue resolutions. * **Client Interaction:** Lead client\-facing roles, delivering reports, presentations, and acting as the key contact for projects with clients and vendors. * **Project Execution:** Execute network and security projects, collaborating with global teams and vendors, and ensuring successful implementation in critical environments. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** * **Networking \& Security Protocols:** * Experience with network devices, Cisco and Cisco Meraki. * **Technical Competencies:** * Proficient in cloud and network security platforms like SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Infoblox, etc. * Strong knowledge in network monitoring tools and optimization techniques. * Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). * Experience in handling data center, NOC, and SOC environments. * **Certifications a :** CCNA or CCNP. **Other Requirements:** * Ability to work in 24x7 critical environments, ensuring high uptime and security. * Strong presentation and reporting skills for client\-facing interactions. * Willingness to be on\-call outside regular business hours and weekends. * Hybrid role. Availability to work at the client's site in Monterrey (at least 3 days at week). * 4\-6 years of experience in network and security support and implementation. * Advanced proficiency in English for client and vendor interactions. * Bachelor’s degree in a technology\-related field.
