Exposure to HR documentation and employee engagement **About the Role:** Amalga is seeking a part\-time, on\-site HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in administrative HR processes, documentation, and employee engagement. You will assist with daily HR operations, learn about labor compliance and internal policies, and collaborate closely with the HR and Operations teams to maintain organized and efficient workflows. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with employee file management and record keeping. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, welcome kits, forms, etc.). * Help maintain HR databases and ensure employee information is up to date. * Assist in preparing internal reports and tracking HR metrics. * Support internal communication efforts, including announcements and updates. * Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events. * Help review and maintain compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to support HR\-related requests. **What You’ll Gain:** * Hands\-on experience in Human Resources processes and compliance. * Exposure to HR documentation, internal communications, and employee engagement. * Experience using tools for data tracking and reporting. * Mentorship from experienced HR and Operations professionals. * Understanding of how HR supports both local and international teams within the nearshoring industry. **Requirements:** * Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. * Availability to work part\-time, on\-site at our office. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. * Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools. * Advanced English (written and spoken).
