Coordination with suppliers and buyers We are currently seeking an **Operations Manager** **Objective: Plan, execute, and control all operations; ensuring production, quality, and profitability.** Profile: * Industrial Engineer, 3\+ years of experience in manufacturing or recycling operations. * Knowledge of NOM standards for waste. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge areas: tons/day compacted, bales produced/day, cost per ton, on-time delivery performance. Responsibilities: * Define daily/weekly production targets * Supervise the two shift supervisors * Liaise with Italika (raw material supplier) and bale buyers * Approve quality controls by plastic type * Report KPIs to General Management (partners) * Manage IMSS, STPS, and environmental permits * Budgeting and procurement of supplies (polypropylene strapping, steel strapping) * 8Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll * Maintain basic accounting records and sales invoices (CFDI) * Coordinate freight and carriers for bale deliveries * Operational document filing and control**** **Interested candidates should apply through this channel** Salary: $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
