Job Description and Detailed Activities Ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment, machinery, and infrastructure by planning, executing, and continuously improving preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, thereby supporting the organization’s production, quality, safety, and cost objectives. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. * Analyze recurring failures and establish action plans to eliminate root causes. * Manage critical spare parts and ensure optimal inventory levels. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, scrap reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement. * Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams during installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment. * Ensure compliance with industrial, environmental, and regulatory safety standards. * Generate departmental performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, availability, etc.). * Coordinate external vendors and specialized service providers as required. * Document maintenance procedures, manuals, and records. Experience and Requirements * Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings * Industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems * Basic automation and PLC controls (preferred) * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) * Industrial safety standards * 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in metalworking or manufacturing plants. * Experience with CNC machinery, presses, welding, hydraulic and pneumatic systems (preferred). * Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma (preferred).
