Ensure and guarantee the physical integrity of workers and company facilities. * Coordinate investigations of accidents and environmental incidents, as well as follow-up on action plans and operational controls. * Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as legislation related to safety, health, and environment. * Validate the safe implementation of projects, operational changes, and new production lines. * Supervise EHS management of contractors, visitors, and internal personnel. * Promote a culture of safety and environmental protection throughout the plant. * Coordinate drills, emergency brigades, risk assessments, safety walks, and preventive actions. * Manage the supply of PPE, fire protection systems, and workplace environment studies. * Lead the development and maintenance of the emergency plan, as well as the safety and hygiene committee.
