Position Summary: Implements preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of installations and equipment. **ACCIONA IS SEEKING A FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN** Objective: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to detect, control, and extinguish fires; this includes ensuring compliance with departmental policies as well as implementing measures aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, work order management, scheduling of preventive and corrective tasks, resource coordination, and optimization of the maintenance process. Requirements: * Technical or engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of recent and verifiable experience. * Training courses in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and leak detection. * Experience in visual inspection of valves and components. Responsibilities: * Verify that the fire protection system is operating under optimal conditions and free from physical damage. * Schedule maintenance activities; submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports. * Maintain (comply with) and update preventive maintenance programs. * Resolve service faults affecting operational continuity. * Monitor and supervise the proper functioning of facilities and electromechanical equipment. * Organize, schedule, supervise, and evaluate activities related to property preservation (preventive maintenance schedules). * Maintain continuous coordination and communication with heads of different departments or services. * Perform necessary activities to preserve properties in good maintenance condition. * Use appropriate PPE for each activity. * Adhere to conduct guidelines established in the internal work regulations.
