Develops and implements safety protocols and emergency evacuation plans **Legal Compliance and Risk Reduction:** Ensures the company complies with current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, avoiding fines, operational shutdowns, and criminal proceedings arising from accidents. **Operational Continuity:** Through implementation of preventive measures, accidents causing production downtime are reduced, ensuring manufacturing lines operate without interruption. **Cost Reduction:** Reduces costs associated with occupational injuries, disabilities, machinery damage, and increased social security risk premiums. **Risk and Emergency Management:** Develops and implements safety protocols, procedures for handling hazardous materials, and emergency evacuation plans. **Key Responsibilities Justifying This Position:** **Implementation of the OSH Management System:** Coordinate and supervise the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS). **Training and Safety Culture:** Design and deliver safety training programs, onboarding sessions, and safety talks for all personnel. **Audits and Inspections:** Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas to identify and eliminate unsafe acts or conditions. **Contractor Management:** Ensure suppliers and contractors comply with the plant’s safety standards.
