Proactive attitude and commitment to safety **D0gware is seeking an Administrative Site Safety Officer in Monterrey, Nuevo León** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking an Administrative Site Safety Officer with experience in glass and aluminum façades to work on monumental glass and aluminum façade assembly projects. Candidates must be qualified to: * Develop and update the Safety and Health Plan for the site. * Generate weekly/monthly safety reports and maintain evidence (logbooks). * Verify workers' social security registration (IMSS/SUA). * Manage subcontractor access control and personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution. * Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe acts. * Perform risk analyses and hazard assessments per activity. * Implement preventive and corrective measures. * Prepare safety files and maintain up-to-date documentation. A proactive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety are required. Candidates must possess effective communication skills to collaborate within teams and convey safety information clearly and concisely. Problem-solving ability and experience in emergency management will be highly valued. This is an on-site position, and candidates must be available to work during project-specified hours.
