We are looking for individuals to work as **Air Conditioning Engineers** with a leading company in the technology sector. Location: Based in Polanco, with site visits to provincial locations 3\-5 times per month. **Requirements**: Engineering or technical degree in Electromechanical Maintenance or related field. * Experience: 3 years installing and maintaining HVAC equipment. * Proficiency with manometers, multimeters, and gas analyzers. * Strong skills in using pivot tables for data analysis. * This position will include supervisory responsibilities. * Must reside in CDMX or State of Mexico. **Soft Skills**: * Leadership * Organization * Results-oriented * Autonomy **Responsibilities**: Installation and commissioning of air conditioning equipment, VRF systems, split units, and ductwork. Supervising installations. Preventive and corrective diagnosis and maintenance. Documenting implemented solutions and conducting post\-repair testing. Ensuring systems comply with local and international safety and environmental regulations. Recording materials used and waste generated. Providing technical support, advisory, and training to technical staff and/or clients on system operation and maintenance. Preparing technical reports. Offering customized solutions to optimize performance and reduce energy costs.
