Required Knowledge: • Windows Server operating system administration. • Hybrid infrastructure administration (on-premise and cloud). AWS proficiency. • Shell script creation. • Virtual machine installation using VMware. Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 4 years. Job Responsibilities: • Manage on-premise infrastructure (servers, networks, core services) and cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), ensuring stability and operational continuity. • Execute and maintain backup schemes and support recovery and business continuity plans from an operational perspective. • Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell. • Handle and resolve incidents and requests via a ticketing system, adhering to ITIL practices, escalation procedures, and SLA-driven control.
