Growth opportunity **Job Description:** We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling budgets in construction projects, ensuring correct integration of direct and indirect costs. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of budgets and analysis of unit prices. * Material quantification and review of takeoff documents. * Integration of item catalogs. * Cost analysis (labor, materials, machinery). * Budget monitoring and control during project execution. * Support in tenders and bidding processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in software such as Neodata, AutoCAD, or similar. * Knowledge of construction cost estimation and construction processes. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
