




Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Surveyor to perform surveying tasks on earthwork and civil construction projects using GPS and total stations, ensuring accurate interpretation of drawings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of GPS equipment and total stations for surveys and stakeouts. 2. Conducting planimetric and altimetric surveys. 3. Coordination with site supervisors and engineers. The Field Surveyor will be responsible for executing surveying work on earthwork and civil construction projects, utilizing GPS equipment and total stations for surveys, stakeouts, and geometric control of construction. Responsibilities include conducting planimetric and altimetric surveys; calculating cut-and-fill volumes; laying out platforms, roadways, and grade levels; and ensuring correct interpretation of project drawings and specifications. The position requires prior field experience, basic proficiency in software for downloading, processing, and validating survey data, as well as knowledge of coordinate systems and control networks. The candidate must coordinate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and machinery operators, ensuring accuracy, orderly documentation of surveyed data, and adherence to project schedules. Technical judgment, responsibility, and willingness to work on-site are highly valued. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
