Coordinates documentation collection and cost analysis Position Objective Analyze, prepare, and manage public and private tender processes, ensuring correct integration of technical and economic proposals, compliance with client requirements, and maximization of the company’s competitiveness. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities * Analyze tender documents, invitations to tender, and terms of reference. * Integrate technical and economic proposals in accordance with client requirements. * Prepare item catalogs, budgets, and unit price matrices. * Coordinate collection of legal, administrative, and technical documentation. * Review and ensure compliance with requirements (REPSE, IMSS, SIROC, etc., as applicable). * Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct cost comparisons and feasibility analyses. * Prepare and upload proposals to platforms (Compranet or others). * Follow up on clarifications, meetings, and tender award decisions. * Maintain updated filing and document control for each process. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Position Profile Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: * 3–5 years in public or private tendering. * Experience in proposal integration and cost analysis. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Technical Knowledge * Budget and unit price preparation. * Proficiency in software such as Neodata and Advanced Excel. * Knowledge of tender processes (public and private). * Familiarity with platforms such as Compranet (desirable). * Applicable regulations (Public Works Law, regulations, etc.). \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Skills and Competencies * Numerical analysis and attention to detail. * Organization and document control. * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and follow-up Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
