Currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or on-site or field technical support experience involving Microwave (MW) and GPON technologies * 2 years of experience * **MOTORCYCLE, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND LAPTOP COMPUTER REQUIRED** * **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL** **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 issues, as well as voice-related problems * Address faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Replace hardware components * Operate various operating systems * Provide technical support * Manage servers * Deliver customer service * Resolve network-related issues * Perform fieldwork **We offer:** * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week * Gasoline allowance * Mobile phone top-up support Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
